Matcha is a powdered green tea. One serving of matcha is the equivalent of consuming up to 10 cups of regular green tea!

Green tea is known for its abundance of health benefits, mostly contributed by the antioxidants found in the tea. Antioxidants are beneficial because they can lower the risk of cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Additionally, it has been shown to reduce bad breath, improve brain function, and may even help you lose weight.

Matcha tastes like a very strong green tea. Our range of premium matcha teas come in four different flavours so you can get all the health benefits without having to go for the traditional matcha if green tea isn't your thing. Everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits of matcha and that's exactly why we've gone a bit outside the box.

Drink matcha in the traditional way by creating a paste with a bit of hot water and 1/2 tsp of the powder, then topping up with hot water. Use hot milk instead to create a latte. Sweeten to taste and enjoy!

You can also add matcha to smoothies (one of my favourites!), baked goods, frosting, and anything else you can think of!
